Status – What does it mean?

When grammarMan makes a correction, it is up to the author of the article to actually change the article. These status levels indicate the progress of the correction.

Suggested – grammarMan has contacted the author of the article, suggesting the correction.

Acknowledged – The author has replied to grammarMan, acknowledging the mistake.

Corrected – The author of the article has actually edited the article, fixing the mistake.
